***All appointments will be scheduled according to their most logical route-order and a more specific ETA will communicated to each customer within two business days of your appointment. ***
If you choose the 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am or 12 pm time, you are requesting a morning appointment, not a specific time slot. If you choose the 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm time, you are requesting an afternoon appointment, not a specific time. Example: By clicking the 9 am button you are not signing up for an appointment at 9:00 am, but requesting an appointment in the morning. If you click on 4 pm, you are not signing up for an appointment at 4:00 pm, but requesting an afternoon appointment. Morning appointments will be scheduled to start sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and afternoon appointments from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If the date or time you desire does not show up or is not highlighted in green, that day or time slot is already full. Please choose a different time or date.
You should receive an email within three business days confirming that we have received your request. Two business days before your scheduled winterization date you will receive an email or phone call, which will include your two hour time frame. This is the window in which the technician plans to be at your property to start your system winterization.
