Winterization Calendar

To schedule your winterization, find your zip code down below. Then find which days we will be in your area by looking for your letter on the calendar. Next, go to the winterization scheduler page. Select your letter in the drop down box. The current available dates will show up on the calendar in green. Click on the date you want, then click on 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am or 12 pm time if you would like a morning appointment or 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm if you would like an afternoon appointment. Morning appointments will be scheduled to start sometime between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm and afternoon appointments from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request once it has been submitted. Two business days before your scheduled winterization date you will receive an email or phone call, which will include the two hour time frame. That is the window in which the technician plans to be at your property to start the winterization.
